Yoga meditation is one of the main teachings of our Vimansa Meditation and Physical Wellness Centre.

Yoga philosophy is being used by various teachers to improve the daily life of man. Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word “yug” which means “to connect’”. Yoga is the way to equalize the vital energy of man with the “universal energy”.

This yoga meditation helps you to get rid of a stressful and busy life and provide mental and physical healing.

Through our institute, we will connect you with an experienced teacher who has a great understanding of yoga philosophy. Practicing yoga with him will be a fresh experience for you.

Kriya Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga can be given as examples of some Yoga practices you can get involved with.

As our institution is a meditation and physical wellness centre, we will focus on your behavior and actions. Drinking alcohol and smoking are completely prohibited inside the premises.Our organization’s programs are scheduled according to a timetable and he or she can participate in those programs as they like. But we expect your constant participation in these programs.
