Space to balance your mind and body through meditation, yoga, and wellness practices. Whether you’re staying with us or joining as a day visitor, our services are open to all who seek inner peace and well-being.

Meditation (Free)

Meditation is at the heart of what we offer — and it is completely free for everyone.

Join our guided sessions led by our founder and meditation consultant, Bhanthe Sugatha, which include:

• Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation

• Breathing Meditation

• Walking Meditation

You are welcome to participate in these sessions whether you’re staying at the centre or visiting for the day.

 Counseling Sessions (Charges Apply)

We offer one-on-one counseling to help you explore your thoughts and emotions in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

• Individual Counseling (60 minutes)

• Specialized sessions on stress, anxiety, or life guidance.

Optional Add-ons

You can enhance your stay by adding:

• Yoga sessions.
• Aryuwedic treatment.
• Nature walks or bike tours.
• Cultural activities and local excursions.

All these services can be arranged at the centre for an extra fee.

For your kind attention

 

As our institution is a meditation and physical wellness centre, we will focus on your behavior and actions. Drinking alcohol and smoking are completely prohibited inside the premises.Our organization’s programs are scheduled according to a timetable and he or she can participate in those programs as they like. But we expect your constant participation in these programs.
