Meditation can be called as one of the main teachings conducted at Vimansa Meditation and Body Wellness Centre. Meditation is very helpful if someone wants to examine himself wisely.

According to Buddhism, the meaning of meditation is “growth” which means growth of the mind, development of the mind, unification of the mind, establishment of the mind.

This meditation will help you to get rid of stressful and busy life and provide mental and physical healing. You will have the opportunity to join the founder of our centre, meditation, and psychology consultant, Bhanthe Sugatha, and get advice on meditation and practice together. It will undoubtedly be a new experience for you

Also, he or she who wishes to meditate from outside our institution can contact our institution and set aside a date and time to participate (Groups, Individuals or Explorers)

As our institution is a meditation and physical wellness centre, we will focus on your behavior and actions. Drinking alcohol and smoking are completely prohibited inside the premises.Our organization’s programs are scheduled according to a timetable and he or she can participate in those programs as they like. But we expect your constant participation in these programs.
